Reach out for private events or workshops!

If you are a school administrator, work for a parent supportive organization, or are affiliated with an organization like Programs for Parents or Big Brother Big Sister, and would like to welcome Chef Allie as a presenter on Healthy Cooking Demonstrations, please visit our contact page and send us an email so we can schedule a wonderful workshop!

Sweet, Sweet Summer

This beginner's course will be full of fun with a heavy emphasis on food preservation techniques, and culinary basics for mini chefs.

Participants will enjoy additional education in science, nutrition, gardening, fitness, and arts and crafts.

Into the Oven

Things are starting to heat up. Join us as we explore artisanal breads, the science of gluten-free baking, travel back in time using wild grains and rolling oats, and take a field trip to a real local bakery.

Participants will enjoy additional education in science, nutrition, gardening, fitness, and arts and crafts.

From Farm to Fork

"Farm-to-table", while popular, just means eating with the seasons. In this series, the garden will be our best friend.

Help us to harvest our beautiful tomatoes and August fresh foods and even pot your own fall herbs and vegetables!

Participants will enjoy additional education in science, nutrition, gardening, fitness, and arts and crafts.

The Real Deal

Advanced cooking techniques are covered in this intense week of GSCK programming. Each Chef will create their own restaurant concept and compete every day in a week-long tournament.

Participants will enjoy additional education in science, nutrition, gardening, fitness, and arts and crafts.

The Garden State Community Kitchen is a non-profit organization and we will never turn away participants for financial reasons.  Please contact us if you need financial assistance for your family to participate in our program.
